We’re looking for an experienced News Producer who is a master at producing live news shows and other news content within a competitive cable or TV market. If you are a strong broadcast journalist who is editorially savvy, proficient in non-linear editing, an effective team leader, can thrive under the pressure of deadlines and still create an excellent news product, we want to hear from you! We want an inspired news-junkie with an eye for reporting timely news and events that are shaping the world around us!

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent network-level writing skills for broadcast and Internet
• Ability to show and tell compelling news story with strong visual elements
• Strong working knowledge of national and international news issues
• Strong working knowledge of network news production processes
• Ability to effectively lead and supervise others in the production process
• Ability to analyze complex issues and present them in a compelling and redemptive manner
• Ability to produce news stories and segments with little supervision
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Ability to be organized in thought, actions and habits, and lead others to meet deadlines with consistency and excellence under pressure
